Corpura leads SEK 50 million capital raise for LifeClean International

LifeClean International AB (“LifeClean” or the “Company”) is carrying out a partially secured rights issue of approximately SEK 50.0 million before issue costs (the “Rights Issue”). The proceeds from the Rights Issue are primarily intended to strengthen LifeCleans financial position and enables investments in a professional sales and product organization, supporting continued international expansion.

Background and Rationale
LifeClean believes that the Company’s products have clear competitive advantages in a market with strong growth potential. High customer satisfaction, particularly in the Norwegian market, confirms the effectiveness and commercial potential of the products. The Board remains committed to its focus on the business areas Health, Agri, and PFAS remediation, as well as the development of solutions for process water treatment.

Over recent years, LifeClean has validated its products in commercial environments and is now prioritizing increased collaboration with distributors and strategic partners to scale the business internationally. Through the rights issue, the Company strengthens its financial position and enables investments in a professional sales and product organization, supporting continued international expansion.
